As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. You will manage front desk operations, respond to resident needs, coordinate with internal teams, and help foster a sense of community through events and daily interactions. Role at 50%.

Missions
- Welcome and assist visitors during check-in, stay, and check-out
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism
- Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams
- Support administrative and technical teams during peak periods
- Help organize and follow up on community events and shared space activities
- Supervise junior front office staff and student assistants
- Maintain accurate records of arrivals, departures, and room readiness
- Contribute to continuous improvement of front office procedures
Profil du candidat
- Commercial diploma (CFC) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality, tourism, aviation, or similar fields
- Strong IT skills; knowledge of hotel or residence management systems is a plus
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability
- Comfortable working under pressure during busy periods
