As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. You will manage front desk operations, respond to resident needs, coordinate with internal teams, and help foster a sense of community through events and daily interactions. Role at 50%.

Missions

  • Welcome and assist visitors during check-in, stay, and check-out
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism
  • Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams
  • Support administrative and technical teams during peak periods
  • Help organize and follow up on community events and shared space activities
  • Supervise junior front office staff and student assistants
  • Maintain accurate records of arrivals, departures, and room readiness
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of front office procedures

Profil du candidat

  • Commercial diploma (CFC) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality, tourism, aviation, or similar fields
  • Strong IT skills; knowledge of hotel or residence management systems is a plus
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability
  • Comfortable working under pressure during busy periods
