About Our Client
Our client is a renowned financial institution.
Job Description
- Provide high-quality service to both existing and prospective investors, as well as internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all inquiries.
 - Coordinate the investor account opening process by acting as a liaison between investors and/or their representatives, internal teams, and external transfer agency providers.
 - Manage and oversee the onboarding of new investors, including the preparation, negotiation, and execution of legal agreements, along with the completion of AML due diligence.
 - Input, update, and maintain investor records and account details within the internal CRM system.
 - Track and manage investor dealing activities, ensuring proper oversight and compliance.
 - Supervise the calculation and payment process of distribution fees to financial intermediaries.
 - Monitor and evaluate the performance of external service providers, with a focus on adherence to key regulatory and operational requirements applicable to Luxembourg SICAVs.
 - Design, produce, and maintain reports and dashboards leveraging investor data from internal and external sources to support business insights.
 
The Successful Applicant
- 2 to 4 years of experience in an asset management company with experience of Luxembourg funds, in a transfer agency oversight and/or investor support function.
 - Fluent in English.
 - Excellent customer service.
