GenAI Data Scientist

POSITION :
As a GenAI Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI at Philico, you will harness your expertise in advanced AI technologies to drive innovative solutions within the financial services industry. This role involves direct engagement with clients to identify, design, and implement AI-driven projects, emphasizing technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and more. You'll lead project delivery and management efforts, and significantly contribute to our internal culture of mentorship, guiding junior colleagues towards excellence in AI applications.

RESPONSABILITIES :
- Collaborate with clients to analyze their needs, setting clear objectives for innovative solutions that leverage Generative AI technologies
- Develop and refine technical and business specifications for AI-driven projects
- Architect and deploy scalable and robust AI models, particularly focusing on Generative AI
- Serve as a role model within the team, to foster an environment of continuous learning and professional growth in the AI domain

QUALIFICATIONS :
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
- At least 4 years of experience in data science or a related field, with experience in Generative AI technologies and their practical applications
- Proficiency in Python and SQL and tools essential for AI development (LLM models APIs)
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in French or German is highly valued
