Job Description

The responsibilities of this GL Accountant will cover:

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Record and process journal entries in accordance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies within general ledger accounts
• Contribute to periodic financial closing and group-level reporting activities
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial insights

The Successful Applicant

The GL Accountant we are looking for should bring the following background and experience :

• A degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Fluency in English; French would be a plus
