We are looking for a:

Global Alumni Coordinator
Full Time

Based in Bluche, VS

Start date: immediately or upon agreement

unlimited duration

The Global Alumni Coordinator plans and implements multi-faceted programs, projects and activities for Les Roches alumni and
students worldwide; which increase good-will and create positive relationships with Les Roches. Close contact with our alumni
helps Les Roches develop successful academic programs, find interesting internship possibilities for our current students and
devoted ambassadors spreading the Les Roches brand and reputation worldwide.

Your key responsibilities

Your profile

Develop and implement the global alumni strategy to drive value
and engagement within the community
Manage events and programs including networking, reunions,
professional development, alumni chapters, senior student
ambassadors program and other special events
Drive the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit amongst the alumni
network while establishing new projects and initiatives
Promote events that encourage alumni involvement, including
preparing promotional materials.
Identify and train alumni leaders/chapters and volunteers.
Produce, edit and disseminate regular correspondence to alumni
through the global alumni platform and social media tools.
Prepare and manage the alumni budget and resources (small
operation budget)
Support and promote the school through the development and
implementation of ideas and strategies involving the participation of
Produce and disseminate regular correspondence to alumni in a
form of e-magazines, gathering invitations, mailings, surveys etc…
Represent Les Roches and its alumni at campus visits, at alumni
gatherings, in conferences, towards other institutions and the
general public
Manage updates of the Alumni website (news, open positions,
upcoming events), database and other communication outlets

University Degree in a related field of study such as Business,
Public Relations, or Marketing
Five years’ experience in marketing, Public Relations,
communications or Project management in international
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills and the ability
to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals
and constituencies in a diverse community
Ability to work in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural
environment with user communities of diverse backgrounds
and skill levels including alumni, students, and staff, as well
as others within the Les Roches Community
Ability to maintain a high level of poise and professionalism
in all circumstances
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Lotus
Notes, web design and management skills, database
management knowledge
Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are
considered as assets
Excellent organizational skills, presentation skills and
communication skills (both oral and written)
Ability to take primary responsibility for diverse number of
projects and to complete them in a timely manner with
limited supervision
Ability to effectively present information and respond to
questions from top management, groups of managers,
alumni and the general public
High professional and ethical standards for handling
confidential information
