Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize global pharmaceutical export operations across 150+ partners in 80+ countries.
- Serve as the business process and systems expert for commercial export operations.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of SAP-based business processes.
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Export Operations teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of master data across business systems.
- Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, IT, or Supply Chain within a multinational organization.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical export operations.
- Strong SAP knowledge (SD/MM required; FI/CO preferred).
- Experience with PricePro, TPES, Contract Management Tools, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience.
- Knowledge of Sales Operations, Revenue Recognition, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Strong understanding of GMP, SOX, internal financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages ( , French) are an advantage.
