Position Summary 

We are looking for a Global Corporate Communications Manager, to be responsible for building and protecting Nespresso's reputation with external stakeholders. This role is critical in ensuring preparedness and effective management of issues and crises. By shaping public perception and corporate reputation, you will help establish Nespresso as the leader in sustainable quality coffee. Your expertise will guide our communication strategies, ensuring that we respond swiftly and effectively to any challenges that may arise.

A Day in the Life of a Global Corporate Communications Manager

• Ensure Nespresso's full organizational preparedness regarding issues and crises
• Lead Issues & Crisis training sessions for HQ and local markets
• Develop and enhance media and social media monitoring for improved response times
• Represent the team in HQ Issues Round Tables, serving as the primary contact with the Head of Corporate Communications
• Consult on global issues and crises, collaborating with markets on local cases

What will make you successful

• University degree in communications, PR, or related fields
• Extensive hands-on experience in PR, communications, or public affairs
• Experience working with different cultures is required; working with various companies/sectors is valuable
• Experience in high-end/luxury/premium brands would be an advantage
• Strong issues and crisis management expertise; strategic thinker with excellent execution skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills; knowledge of PR and corporate communications principles
• Ability to influence and convince stakeholders and agencies effectively
• Self-motivated, stress-resistant team player, oriented towards internal and external service quality
• Fluent in English, oral & written, French is a plus; proficiency in additional languages is an asset
