Description du poste
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with international business objectives.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including talent management, leadership development, and succession planning to build a high-performance culture.
- Drive the HR operational agenda, including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Facilitate change management processes, guiding and supporting teams through organizational changes.
- Enhance employee engagement and retention through innovative HR practices and programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR matters to employees and management, promoting an inclusive and diverse workplace
Description du profil
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a HRBP role or related HR positions, preferably within an international context.
- Strong understanding of global HR practices and employment laws.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in French and Italian is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities, with a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
