Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Coordination
- Generate and manage global sell-in/sell-out reports for commercial reviews.
- Oversee the Pepperi B2B platform: user management, content updates, and filter adjustments.
- Distribute weekly stock and promotional lists with visuals.
- Update distributor and affiliate mailing lists monthly.
- Address ad hoc requests from sales teams and affiliates.
Commercial Planning & Analysis
- Provide validated sales data to support planning and forecasting.
- Conduct bi-monthly web planning analyses on product positioning and inventory.
- Assist in e-commerce and wholesale forecast preparations.
- Maintain commercial tools like the Corporate Deals brochure and pricing files.
Pricing & Product Information Management
- Coordinate global pricing updates in collaboration with Finance.
- Ensure data accuracy across platforms (FTP, CRM, ERP) and sales tools.
Sales Operations & Commercial Support
- Manage global sell-in/sell-out reports and coordinate weekly stock updates.
- Administer B2B platform (Pepperi): user setup, content uploads, and collection updates.
- Maintain distributor and affiliate mailing lists for newsletters.
- Provide day-to-day support to sales teams and affiliates.
- Consolidate validated sales data and assist with forecasting and business analysis.
- Conduct bi-monthly web planning reviews to monitor product visibility and inventory.
- Update key commercial tools (e.g. pricing files, Corporate Deals brochure).
E-Commerce & Brand Experience Coordination
- Manage 180 SKUs across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress, third-party sites).
- Maintain accurate product listings, stock levels (via ERP), and pricing; deliver regular performance reports.
- Organize and host 100 annual Manufacture visits for clients, press, and partners.
- Coordinate logistics, agenda, training, and brand content to enhance the visitor experience.
- Support boutique/museum updates and provide quarterly visitor satisfaction reporting.
International Events & Cross-Functional Support
- Manage logistics and agendas for global trade shows (e.g., Watches & Wonders, Dubai Watch Week), coordinating 300 meetings annually.
- Support novelties ordering and post-event reporting.
- Collaborate across Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and IT to ensure data accuracy and commercial alignment.
- Assist with ERP/CRM integration, pricing updates, and cross-departmental reporting.
Profile Summary
Experience: 3–5 years in sales coordination, event support, or admin roles, ideally in luxury, watchmaking, or consumer goods.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (Pepperi, Proconcept) and e-commerce tools (Shopify, WordPress).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and French; other languages a plus.
- Skilled in working with international, multicultural teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
