Description du poste :

Manage the Governance process, including ensuring effective assurance and internal controls, implementation of a actions as recommended by audits, and interacting directly with Senior Management members

  • Lead drafting and manage the approval process
  • Develop internal policy guidance
  • Coordination and support : project manage and establish process work flows and organize meetings, prepare reporting and presentations to key stakeholders, analyze and manage project risk, monitoring progress
  • Manage documentation, outcomes and decisions, including strategic issues and lessons learned (reporting out key messages); identification of action points, coordination and engagement with internal stakeholders, including engagement with Communications Department, Business Partners, Supply Operations, Legal, Country Teams, etc.); document and report on outcomes
  • Lead drafting and development of reports to the Board including summary of funding recommendations, and facilitate timely Secretariat responses to comments from the Board Constituencies.
  • Manage funding decision escalation process to organization Executive Director.
  • Provide day to day technical and support guidance for a Associate Specialist / Governance Officer

Description du profil :

  • An advanced University degree in public health, economics, business, international / public affairs, or related discipline, or;
  • An equivalent combination of first degree and at least 10 years of relevant post first-degree work experience
  • Proven project management and coordination experience
  • Proven success working in complex multi-stakeholder environment requiring decision-making abilities with limited information available and under tight deadlines.
  • 4-6 years' work experience in program/project development and management, including implementation and financial management aspects.
  • An excellent knowledge of English and preferably a good working knowledge of French
