We are now looking for a graduate student in Quality and Supply Chain (QSC) – Nyon Manufacturing Site to join us to do career defining work.

This role will proudly manufacture several well-known brands. Producing 5m units of product a week, we supply to over 100 markets around the world. Ensuring that our consumers get the product when they need it most, at the right quality and the right price.

By rotating through key areas, you will gain a deep understanding of a highly intricate end-to-end operation.

Our 3-year program is designed to accelerate the development of graduates who don’t have significant previous professional work experience in the area to which they are applying.  Of course, many graduates who join the program have worked while studying or after graduation. 

What lies ahead for you in the 3-year Graduate Program:

Gain awareness and understanding of the multiple functions and steps involved in an end-to-end supply chain, while learning about the synergies and challenges faced when seeking to deliver optimum value to the business and the customer

Be involved in ensuring Consumer Healthcare makes the right products and delivers them to the right place at the right time

Work in and with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams

Over three years, our Graduate program will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You’ll have stretching rotations within Consumer Healthcare Quality and Supply Chain. All your rotations will be based in Nyon.  You’ll take on business-critical roles that offer amazing insights into our end-to-end supply chain. You’ll learn about the synergies and challenges that come with delivering optimum value to the business and the customer. Meanwhile, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to network with senior leaders.

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity - Education required:
MS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, IT Systems, or any engineering or science discipline with a strong business and industrial manufacturing focus/interest.
Graduation by Spring/Summerfor being able to start in September

Other requirements:
Written and spoken fluency in French and English.
