BACKGROUND


Following an internal movement, we are opening this position within our Group FP&A department in Bellevue and are looking forward to receiving your application.


The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Group FP&A team, responsible for delivering comprehensive financial support and insightful analysis to Richemont's Regional functions and serving as a business partner for one of our Maisons. This position will also play a pivotal role in contributing to strengthen Group FP&A data visualization capabilities, and will be responsible for financial analysis, building business case in the context of Group level strategic projects. The role has exposure to Group top management across various forums and recurring occurrences.


How will you make an impact?


Reporting to the Group FP&A Manager, this role will be responsible for the following areas (including but not limited to):


Business partnership with Richemont Regional Functions

  • Prepare clear monthly performance reports summarizing Regional Functions performance, focusing on key business drivers, risks and opportunities
  • Coordinate financial deliverables (cockpits, estimates, budget), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely submission per guidelines
  • Facilitate regional finance community collaboration, knowledge sharing, and communication through meetings and workshops
  • Manage regional capital requests, ensuring alignment with policies and budget, providing recommendations and tracking approvals

Business partnership with Maisons

  • Provide dedicated financial support to a designated Maison, understanding its business model, KPIs, and financial performance
  • Review Maison's financial results, analyzing sales, profitability, and costs to identify improvement areas
  • Support Maison in developing accurate forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with Group targets
  • Manage Maison's capital requests, ensuring compliance with group policies and budget guidelines

Transversal responsibilities within Group FP&A department

  • Enhance Group FP&A data visualization by designing and maintaining interactive visualizations using approved solutions
  • Lead ad-hoc global projects, providing financial insights and collaborating with Group Finance management to solve complex challenges
  • Analyze macroeconomic variables' impact on Group financials, such as foreign exchange fluctuations

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

Education, experience and core competencies:

  • Business school or University degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or Engineering
  • More than 5 years- proven experience in multinational, structured and complex organizations
  • Proven track record of managing, budgeting and reporting Financial statements, including P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet
  • Master financial reporting, analysis, and benchmarking, translating insights into business drivers and clear messages
  • Skilled in designing, modelling, and challenging financial planning scenarios
  • Familiarity with Financial reporting and planning systems (e.g. SAP, Anaplan, etc.)
  • Fluency in English is a must, French is considered a plus

Personal and methodological skills:

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactively anticipating business needs
  • Ability to drill-down into the detailed reports and business plans when needed, summarizing then the output accurately to diversified stakeholders
  • Ability to manage pressure and tight deadlines, adapt to unforeseen circumstances, and recalibrate priorities as needed

 

Social skills:

  • Excellent communicator with story-telling abilities
  • Team player with excellent organizational skills, capable of independently collaborating with various stakeholders and different leadership styles in a matrix structure based on trust
