The Hamlet is a luxury serviced apartment operator based in Geneva, Switzerland. We’re redefining luxury hospitality for discerning travellers seeking immersive experiences that blend comfort, privacy, and local authenticity. Currently operating one boutique property, we’re expanding rapidly: our second building opens in 18 months, with an ambitious vision to establish 10 properties over the next decade—each setting the gold standard for guest and team satisfaction.
Mission
We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Guest Relations Agent to join our team. This role requires a dedicated professional who excels at delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering long-lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
Ensure unparalleled guest satisfaction, striving to achieve the highest levels in Geneva.
Customize each guest’s experience from booking through departure and beyond.
Proactively surprise and delight guests with thoughtful gestures and exceptional service.
Continuously enhance and develop the guest experience at Hamlet.
Animate and create engaging activities for the communal area, Square.
Act as the primary liaison between guests and internal departments.
Stay informed about events, trends, and happenings in Geneva.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the best restaurants, bars, and experiences in the region.
Build and manage local and international partnerships to elevate the guest experience.
Monitor and analyse guest satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Handle administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
Expertise and experience :
3-5 years of experience in 5-star hotels in front office, guest relations, or concierge roles.
Fluent in English and French.
Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction.
Experience coordinating across departments to deliver seamless service.
