Your Mission

Mission: Be a Chopard Ambassador giving an impeccable service to clients and prospects alike to generate sales and raising the brand image while keeping in line with the Chopard guidelines. This role is more than ever to be conducted on a remote basis with all available tools to reach out to clients and prospects wherever they are.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Support of our local and international clients
  • Cultivate existing clients and acquire and convert new clients
  • Sale of our high jewellery and watches
  • Participation in the organisation and implementation of events
  • Identify sales opportunities inside or outside the boutique
  • Use the CRM system on a daily basis to enter clients and prospects, create selling opportunities and fulfil client-related tasks
  • Help to provide a flawless after-sale service
  • All necessary administrative task

Your background and competencies/skills

EDUCATION   
-     College degree holder or above
-     GIA or watchmaking certification, a plus

EXPERIENCE 
-      At least 5 years of luxury retail or luxury hospitality experience
-      Strong track record in sales when applicable

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE        
-      Digital savvy
-      CRM and POS software
-      Languages: English, French, any other language would be an asset
-      Strong selling skills
