As Head of the Client Documentation team your major tasks will be: - Ensure the quality of the client's data at any stage of the banking relationship - Coordinate the team's work and manage the day to day tasks according to the experience of each member - Communicate on the bank's policies and procedures - Coordinate with internal or external counterparties and promote excellence in service and expertise - Implement relevant controls to identify any risk and escalate when needed - Report the team's activities to the top management - Contribute to projects impacting the department and bring further automation - Lead by setting a good example - Coach and help develop team members and be open to the team members feedback - Give the team members the necessary trainings

Profil recherché

The ideal candidate for the position of Head of the Client Documentation team will possess the followings: - Minimum 8 years of experience in a Client Documentation, Compliance or Legal position in private banking in Switzerland - Strong knowledge in KYC and AML and Tax regulations - Strong management skills - Fluent French and English
