Head of Operations

permanent position at 100%

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION

Your mission:

  • Full financial responsibility for your area, overseeing multiple points of sale.
  • Ensure the implementation and adherence to company standards, concepts, and guidelines across all outlets.
  • Lead budgeting processes together with managers and collaborate closely with senior management.
  • Act as the key representative of the brand with partners, landlords, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Bridge operations and support functions to guarantee smooth business performance.

Sales & Customer Focus:

  • Ensure a best-in-class customer experience and service culture across all locations.
  • Drive sales and operational KPIs, ensuring that guest satisfaction remains at the highest level.
  • Implement and promote the company's customer service philosophy in daily operations.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Leadership and oversight to managers and teams, with responsibility for a large workforce of over 180 employees.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talent, ensuring the right people are in the right positions.
  • Coach and empower managers and teams, promoting a culture of performance and accountability.
  • Foster transparent and effective communication across all units.

PROFIL ATTENDU

Your Profile:

  • Proven leadership experience in multi-unit fast-food or system catering (or retail/hospitality with strong operational exposure).
  • Completed training in hospitality, F&B, or retail management; further education is an asset.
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer- and quality-focused with a drive for operational excellence.
  • Entrepreneurial, flexible, and resilient, with strong social and communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and English; German is an advantage.
