About Homo Faber Concierge:
Homo Faber is a new pillar in the Homo Faber ecosystem - bridging the gap between visibility and acquisition. We exist as a connector and a facilitator- activating and supporting meaningful opportunities between artisans and admirers of their work while ensuring that artisans are equipped to respond with confidence.

How we add value to our partners:
Exploring Interest: We share information that can inform decisions specific to enquiries.
Facilitate Connections: We share the artisan contact information should the potential client wish to progress their interest directly with the artisan.
Curating discovery and developing concepts: We curate discovery of the wider catalogue of artisans in the Homo Faber Community - extending to the pool of 15,000 artisans – developing creative concepts that in tandem form a narrative and guide attention to artisans and craft practices that align with clients interests and requirements

Position Summary:
The Project Co-Ordinator will play a pivotal role in the strategic build phase of Homo Faber Concierge, helping to shape and implement our strategic foundations and the delivery of our key projects.

The main mission of the Project Co-Ordinator will be to contribute to strategic vision and project manage actionable plans - developing project timelines that ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams and prioritise collaboration flows between different teams.

A specific focus of this role will be maximizing the strategic potential of the Homo Faber Biennial – supporting the planning, coordination and activation of Homo Faber Concierges’ presence at this important moment.

As a build-phase role, this role will require a balance of strategic and analytic thinking, operational precision which is crucially combined with an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in testing new approaches and translating insights into creative thinking and actionable strategies to shape how we scale Homo Faber Concierge.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development
Work closely with the Head of Homo Faber Concierge to contribute to the formulation of Homo Faber Concierge’s function, its strategic direction and its role within the broader Homo Faber ecosystem.
Contribute to shaping and refining the Homo Faber Concierge model and how we both deliver and generate value through revenue pathways.
Support the design and documentation of internal frameworks, and workflows that translate strategic objectives into clear and scalable operational practices.

Project Management and Coordination
Support in the development of project plans, timelines and deliverables to ensure the smooth execution of initiatives across multiple workstreams.
Co-ordinate with cross functional teams to maintain collaboration flows, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across activities.

Reporting and Continuous Improvement
Build and maintain analytical reporting systems to capture and measure the strategic and operational impact of Homo Faber Concierge’s activities.
Contribute to production of reporting materials and insights – enabling a qualitative and quantitative understanding of our performance, impact and value generation.
Contribute to the presentation of strategic materials – including presentations, proposals, and report – that articulate Homo Faber Concierge’s objectives and progress.

The Ideal Candidate:
Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in arts/business/marketing/communications or related field
A background that bridges a strong interest in the world of culture, crafts, art, design scene and commerce

Experience
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience
Experience working in a dynamic, and evolving environment where strategy and structure are still being developed

Skills
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to understand how to adapt language and approach according to audience and culture.
Superior verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects and stakeholders with different deadlines.
Strong team player mindset and attitude. Proven ability to work supportively and effectively within and across teams and build good working relationships.
Professional demeanour and strong work ethic.
Self-motivation with the capability to work independently.
Computer skills literate (MS Suite, Salesforce).
Must be fluent in English and have a desire to learn French. Any other languages highly valued.
Committed to travelling as needed.
