Job Description

Human Resources Support

  • Handle HR administrative tasks and ensure compliance with local labor laws
  • Manage employee records, contracts, leave tracking, and job changes
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and liaise with the payroll provider
  • Support recruitment processes and onboarding/offboarding activities
  • Respond to employee queries and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Office Administration

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Geneva office
  • Manage office supplies, meeting room setups, and general upkeep
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
  • Assist with local event planning, fire safety, and notary services
  • Provide administrative support to the Country HR Manager and local leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • HRSE Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • 2-3 years of HR experience in an international or multicultural setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
