Description

The position is within the HR team of a major international organization and supports the development of a skilled, future-ready workforce. The role focuses on recruitment, staff development and retention processes aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide logistical and administrative support throughout the recruitment process (temporary and fixed-term staff), including organizing interviews and assessments, preparing candidate files, conducting reference checks and drafting reports.
  • Serve as Secretary to Appointment Boards, coordinating meetings and documentation, proposing interview questions, recording proceedings and ensuring compliance with recruitment procedures.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries via the shared recruitment mailbox and provide helpdesk support to both internal and external applicants.
  • Offer assistance to other support staff and perform other related duties as needed.

Profile

  • Completed secondary education.
  • Relevant experience in administrative support or recruitment logistics.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (ideally PeopleSoft) and recruitment tools (ideally Taleo).
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). A minimum English level of C1 is required for this position. Only candidates meeting this criterion will be considered.
  • Knowledge of French is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, communication and drafting skills.
  • High client orientation, discretion and teamwork in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new digital tools quickly.

Benefits

Contract duration : 6 months, from 1 July to 31 December (with possible renewal)

Hourly wage : CHF 35.10
