Job Description
- Manage and monitor employee time tracking and absences using internal systems (experience with Lucca is a strong advantage)
- Ensure accuracy and regular updates of timesheets, leave balances, and working hours
- Support HR in administrative tasks (employee files, contracts, documentation)
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to time management and HR policies
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and HR system updates
- Provide general support to the HR team as needed
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in an HR administrative
- HR Certificate plus
- Strong attention to detail and good level of organizational skills
- Comfortable working with HR systems (experience with Lucca is a plus)
- Reliable, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good communication skills in French and English
