Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to leaders across Technology (R&D), Service and selected Corporate Functions.
  • Serve as a member of the Technology Division Management Team and contribute HR perspectives to business decisions, organizational development and people topics.
  • Advise and support managers on HR practices, processes and policies, including employee relations, performance management, change management and leadership effectiveness.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, succession planning and capability development.
  • Support the implementation of annual HR processes, including performance management, salary review, talent review and employee engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on recruitment activities for selected roles and support effective job marketing and communication.
  • Use workforce and people data to identify trends, derive insights and recommend pragmatic actions that support business objectives.
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects, process improvements and diverse local or global assignments.
  • Foster an inclusive, engaging and high-performance culture aligned with Accelleron’s values.
  • Ensure compliant and consistent HR solutions in line with Swiss employment legislation, internal policies and governance requirements.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or equivalent HR generalist role in a complex business environment, preferably experience with HR work in management teams.
  • Experience partnering technical, engineering, R&D, industrial, service or manufacturing populations is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, organizational development, employee relations and Swiss employment legislation.
  • Experience with Workday or a similar HR system is preferred.
  • Proven ability to advise, challenge and influence leaders at different organizational levels.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational excellence.
  • Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international matrix environment.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
