Job Description
HR Administration
- Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance with internal guidelines.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure information is updated and aligned across systems.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Assist with job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Prepare onboarding materials and support the integration of new employees.
- Coordinate temporary staff and external consultants when needed.
Employee Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR questions (leave, benefits, documentation).
- Coordinate training sessions, HR meetings, and internal communications.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
HR Processes & Reporting
- Prepare standard HR reports and dashboards (absences, headcount, contract status).
- Track probation periods, contract renewals, and key deadlines.
- Support process improvement initiatives within HR.
The Successful Applicant
Experience & Education
- 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in an international, multicultural or nonprofit environment is a strong asset.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Languages
- English: fluent
- French: fluent(Any additional language is an advantage.)
Technical Skills
- Solid command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word).
- Experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus.
