Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (approx. 40%)

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (briefing, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
  • Develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career events.

People Operations (approx. 40%)

  • Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, contract changes, offboarding, work permits, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS (Lucca), generate reports, and identify process improvements.
  • Support payroll preparation and liaise with external providers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate social insurances, benefits, and statutory HR obligations.
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and internal HR policies.

Employee Experience & HR Projects (approx. 20%)

  • Support employee engagement, communication, and culture initiatives.
  • Participate in HR projects and contribute to improving processes and automating workflows.
  • Act as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace.
  • Assist in organizing company events and fostering a collaborative, people-first culture.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar or equivalent training/qualification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within an international or sports environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and organized - you thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
  • Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) other language an asset.
