Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (approx. 40%)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (briefing, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor on market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
- Develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career events.
People Operations (approx. 40%)
- Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, contract changes, offboarding, work permits, etc.)
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS (Lucca), generate reports, and identify process improvements.
- Support payroll preparation and liaise with external providers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate social insurances, benefits, and statutory HR obligations.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and internal HR policies.
Employee Experience & HR Projects (approx. 20%)
- Support employee engagement, communication, and culture initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to improving processes and automating workflows.
- Act as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace.
- Assist in organizing company events and fostering a collaborative, people-first culture.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar or equivalent training/qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within an international or sports environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and organized - you thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) other language an asset.
