Description du poste

  • Manage HR administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring all employee records are accurately maintained and confidentially handled.
  • Update and maintain HR systems with current employee data, benefits information, and other relevant details.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company, and handle the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports, providing insights into various metrics such as turnover rates, hiring metrics, and other key performance indicators.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR Services team.

Description du profil

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a minimum of 3years in HR.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to start performing tasks effectively from the first day with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (especially Excel for reporting purposes).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
