As Human Resources Manager, you will lead and implement HR initiatives internationally, working closely with senior leadership. This hands-on generalist role covers recruitment, compliance, development and performance in a dynamic and entrepreneurial setting.

Description

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for leadership and employees across all locations.
  • Lead and execute full employee lifecycle processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, compensation.
  • Drive fast-paced, high-quality hiring efforts in line with business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with diverse local labor laws and internal standards.
  • Coach and support managers on employee topics and HR best practices.
  • Maintain and enhance HR processes, documentation and systems.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR modules within the ERP system.
  • Collaborate on due diligence and post-acquisition integration during M&A activity.
  • Prioritise tasks across time zones with a pragmatic and agile approach.
  • Champion a high-performance, inclusive and collaborative culture.

Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in generalist HR roles, ideally within tech or fast-scaling international companies.
  • Broad HR expertise across recruitment, performance, development, compensation and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of international labor regulations and ability to support remote teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence.
  • Independent and output-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in English and French; comfortable operating in multiple time zones.
  • Comfortable in a hands-on role within a lean team and flat organizational structure.
