• Oversee payroll management, including compliance with legal requirements.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Serve as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance on HR issues and best practices.

Description du profil :

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in Switzerland.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and employee lifecycle management.
• Expertise in payroll management and familiarity with HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in French highly regarded.
