- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Partner with legal and compliance teams on sensitive or complex cases
- Support change management and workforce planning initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a matrixed or international environment
- Legal education or background, with a strong understanding of employment law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage complexity and influence across all levels of the organization
- Fluent in English; French is a strong asset
