Description
We're looking for a dynamic HR leader to take charge of employee relations, regulatory compliance, and payroll operations across our client's Swiss and international offices. This role is central to ensuring that our people practices are legally sound, ethically aligned, and operationally efficient. You'll be the go-to expert for Swiss labor law matters.
Fluency in French, Spanish and English is a must.

Missions
Employee Relations & Legal Compliance
- Act as the primary advisor on Swiss labor law and employment practices
- Draft, review, and manage employment agreements and contractual changes
- Address sensitive employee matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and legal escalations
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment in line with regulatory standards
- Monitor legal developments and ensure HR policies remain up to date
Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Oversee payroll operations in collaboration with external providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage statutory reporting for taxes, pensions, and social contributions
- Administer employee benefits and retirement plans, ensuring alignment with company strategy and legal requirements
Operational Excellence & Data Integrity
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data across HR systems
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery
HR Governance & Policy Oversight
- Maintain and enforce internal HR policies and procedures in line with local and international standards
- Support internal audits and ensure readiness for external regulatory reviews
- Ensure consistent application of HR practices across locations
Profil du candidat
- Over 10 years of experience in senior HR roles preferrably in Switzerland with a strong focus on labor relations and compliance
- Deep knowledge of Swiss employment law and familiarity with international HR standards
- Experience working in complex, multinational environments
- Strong command of HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, French, and Spanish
- Based in Switzerland or open to relocation
Conditions et Avantages
