Job Description
Project Methodology & Tools
- Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) to ensure optimal project delivery.
- Utilize tools such as SmartSheet to monitor progress and maintain alignment with strategic objectives.
- Ensure deployment of best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and report on project activities, risks, forecasts, and overall progress.
- Lead day-to-day execution, ensuring project goals align with broader organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Act as the primary contact between project teams and internal/external stakeholders.
- Align with change management and communication strategies.
- Prepare and present project updates and key reports to leadership.
- Organize workshops, stakeholder meetings, and working groups to facilitate project alignment.
Change Management
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and practices.
- Prepare communication plans, including webinars and e-learning materials, to enhance stakeholder engagement.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Escalate critical issues to senior leadership when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong background in HR project management and/or HR talent management in an international and multicultural environment.
- Experience with IT project management approaches, tools, and methodologies.
- HR certification is a plus.
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is an advantage.
- Fluency in English or French, with strong written and spoken skills in the other language.
- Proficiency in SmartSheet and HR software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
