Our client is an international company.
Job Description
- HR Process Mapping & Optimization
- Lead the end-to-end mapping of existing HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, HRIS workflows, offboarding, etc.).
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for simplification or automation.
- Develop standardized, documented, and user-friendly process maps and SOPs.
- Project Management
- Build and maintain a clear project plan, deliverables, timeline, and risk log.
- Ensure structured, methodical tracking of milestones and progress.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates to HR leadership or project sponsors.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with HR teams, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to collect insights, validate processes, and secure alignment.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with key stakeholders.
- Ensure strong communication streams to support adoption of new processes.
- Documentation & Change Support
- Draft high-quality documentation (process maps, workflows, guidelines, SOPs).
- Support change management by preparing communication materials and training resources where needed.
- Ensure all materials are clear, consistent, and accessible.
The Successful Applicant
Experience & Background
- Proven experience in mapping HR processes (mandatory).
- Previous experience working within Human Resources, ideally in HR operations, HR transformation, or HR project roles.
- Solid exposure to HR systems or digital HR tools is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong stakeholder management skills: able to engage, influence, and build trust with diverse groups.
- Highly structured and methodical: strong analytical mindset with systematic working style.
- Ability to simplify complexity and produce clear, professional documentation.
- Strong project planning and coordination abilities.
Languages
- Excellent oral and written English (required).
- Additional languages are an asset but not mandatory.
