About Our Client
Our client is a leading international organisation operating in a complex and multicultural environment, supporting employees and stakeholders across a global network.
As part of several strategic people-focused initiatives, the organisation is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager - Employee Engagement to support the delivery of programmes aimed at enhancing employee experience, engagement and organisational effectiveness.
Job Description
Reporting to a senior leader within a transformation and operational excellence function, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic employee engagement and people transformation initiatives.
This role combines project management, change management, stakeholder engagement and communications within a highly international environment.
Project Management
- Lead strategic employee engagement and people-related projects from planning through implementation and delivery
- Define workplans, milestones, deliverables and success measures
- Monitor risks, dependencies and project progress
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Change Management
- Develop and implement change management plans
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and organisational readiness
- Identify adoption risks and implement mitigation measures
- Support the successful rollout of new initiatives and programmes
Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate closely with HR teams, internal stakeholders and leadership
- Facilitate collaboration across multiple departments and locations
- Manage relationships with external providers and partners where required
Communications & Employee Experience
- Support the development and execution of communication strategies
- Prepare engagement materials, presentations and launch communications
- Drive participation and adoption of employee-focused initiatives
- Measure outcomes and identify lessons learned to support continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Psychology or a related field
- Proven experience in project management, employee engagement, organisational development or HR transformation
- Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Exposure to international and multicultural environments
