Description du poste

Our client, an international company, is searching for a part time HR Specialist/Administrator to ensure the effective execution of HR operations in the Swiss market.

The role:

In alignment with corporate guidelines, the HR Administrator will act as the primary contact for all employees of our client in Switzerland regarding administrative and IT-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

-Serve as the contact point with Global HR for all employee-related needs in Switzerland.

-Track employee attendance and ensure timely and accurate reporting to payroll services (e.g., sick leave, holidays).

-Provide employees with information on internal policies and operational guidance on HR and GCIT procedures (e.g., Reward, Talent, Training).

-Inform employees about local labor laws and regulations.

-Maintain and update employee data in the C-People system.

-Act as the reference point for travel policies.

-Monitor and communicate mandatory training requirements.

-Serve as the contact for sustainability reporting.

-Oversee office maintenance.

-Manage administrative documentation related to hiring, promotions, terminations, and other HR and GCIT processes.-

Profile:

-Solid generalist HR experience in Switzerland, with a comprehensive, 360-degree understanding of employee populations

-Strong familiarity with Swiss labor law and employment regulations

-HR certification is a significant advantage

-Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively

-High level of discretion and a strong service-oriented mindset

-Language skills:

English: C1 level

French: Fluent

Italian: Considered an asset

This role offers a lot of flexibility and is mainly a remote positon
