Position Summary
As a Human Resources Trainee, you will be part of the Corporate HR Business Partner Team for Nestlé Research & Development, supporting the People Life Cycle, global projects and Talent management.
A Day in the Life of a Human Resources Trainee
- Support the R&D HR team and People Managers on People Life Cycle activities
- Partner with Employee Services (ES), Global Mobility and Recruitment Teams on HR administrative activities (e.g.: contracts, time management, etc.)
- Support the R&D Talent Manager on HR processes such as Performance Management, Talent Management and Global initiatives (Diversity & Inclusion, Mentoring, People analytics, etc.)
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation
- Participate to HR processes standardization & optimization activities, enhancing quality, consistency and efficiency of HR activities and leverage best practices within one R&D HR
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute fresh ideas and suggestions
What will make you successful
- Graduate with a Bachelor in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent, with a first exposure to HR topics
- Genuine interest in working in a dynamic and multicultural environment
- Organized, flexible and capable of handling pressure while maintaining confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and execute them independently
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
