Job Overview TE Connectivity's HR Generalist Teams function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. Responsibilities & Qualifications Position based out of Bevaix for our TE sensor solutions Site and reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our EMEA zone located in France. You will coordinate the HR activities for the site in collaboration with the administrative support of our Corporate Shared Services in Steinach and will act as the Local HR support for employees and managers. Our Bevaix site employs 56 permanents employees with 80 % factory direct labor (operators) 20 % are quality and process manufacturing, supply chain and support production, customer care and R&D teams. Your key responsibilities will be: - Effective communication to employees of company-related information as well as site information - Coordinate the full employee data management activities (on boarding, exit administration and payroll related changes) - Be the local link interaction with social insurances (illness, pension, old-age insurance, child allowances) - Contact with legal affairs in case of litigations - Local support for staffing (job advertising, local interviews, link with agencies) for operators and administrative roles - Payroll – review of payslips before salary run - Ensure the time and attendance policies are implemented and maintain the system in collaboration with our HR Corporate teams - Communication to employees on any process implementation - Support the EMEA Senior HR Manager for local communication of any global HR process - Work in collaboration with our HR corporate teams to ensure corporate governance, local regulations compliance and investigate complaints - Ensure the Onboarding TE activities are completed in collaboration with managers Position Requirements - At least 5 years in a similar role (HR administrative support) in a plant environment - Proven experience in recruitment (in particular, staffing plans for operations facilities) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, - Proven experience in working at distance and with international company HR processes and ways of working - Fluent in English and French (German is a plus) - Solid ability in Microsoft products required; Prior experience with SAP is a requirement Key Behaviors - Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organization - Customer Service mindset; Drive For Results - Autonomous; Self-confident and able a high level of multi- tasking Competencies - Values: Integrity, Accountability,Teamwork, Innovation Job Segment: Payroll, Law, Developer, ERP, Administrative Assistant, Finance, Legal, Technology, Administrative
