IAM Specialist - Role Management (a) in the region of Basel [Ref:2629]

Ihre Aufgaben

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and management of role creation and role mining across the Group, in line with the Identity and Access Management (IAM) roadmap. You will contribute to a secure and efficient access structure by maintaining and optimizing user entitlements.

Your key tasks include:

• Cleaning up existing entitlement allocations
• Identifying and documenting segregation of duty (SoD) scenarios
• Defining and maintaining SoD rules and policies
• Managing user accounts and access rights across multiple systems and applications
• Supporting audits and compliance-related access reviews
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve IAM processes

Ihr Profil

You hold a higher education degree (university or university of applied sciences) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. You also bring several years of hands-on experience in Role Mining and Identity & Access Management, ideally in a complex IT environment.

In addition, you bring the following skills and qualifications:

• Knowledge of the banking sector and Avaloq is a big advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and solve problems efficiently
• High level of integrity, work ethics, and accountability
• Willingness to work fully onsite (100%)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders
• Fluency in English; German skills are an asset
