Description
Switzerland, Meyrin
United Machining is seeking an experienced ICT Global technical coordinator to act as the single point of orchestration across all regions for the current company carve-out and for subsequent global changes post carve-out.
The ideal applicant will ensure that global IT teams are aligned to a single operating model and are enabled with the IT platforms, standards, and automation needed to execute consistently at scale.
Ready to join?
- Own the multi-region master plan, readiness gates, go/no-go decisions, and cross-regional conflict resolution; enforce global architecture, security and operational standards.
- Orchestrate program: build and maintain the multi-region critical path and wave plans, with explicit dependencies and sequencing.
- Check readiness gates: define pass/fail criteria; consume and provide CMDB/catalog evidence (completeness, discovery status, UAT, PIR, knowledge) before go-live in partnership with the ITSM Platform & Data Governance Lead.
- Control cutover: chair go/no-go boards; publish cutover outcomes and post-cutover stabilization criteria.
- Enforce architecture/security/operations guardrails; ensure adoption of IT global policies across all regions; manage waivers with remediation timelines; resolve cross-region priorities and service provider dependencies.
- Maintain risk register; integrate Problem/PIR outcomes into mitigations; curate dashboards into a single leadership pack and decision log.
- Translate plans into site playbooks; ensure runbooks, monitoring, and support coverage exist before cutover together with Central IT, Regional ICT Coordinators and IT architects.
- Post-Carve-Out global change: run the same coordination model for global upgrades, harmonization and rollouts; keep standards and data quality consistent across regions long-term.
- Track record in multi-region technical programs and IT transformations.
- Strong planning, governance, and risk management capabilities.
- Ability to lead without direct line authority; executive communication.
- Good understanding of enterprise architectures, security standards, and ICT operations constraints.
