CONTEXT
As part of the IAM team your role would be to be the Analyst with an -End to end" focus on Identity and Access management solution
The Access Management Business Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the effective and secure management of identities and access rights across Richemont's systems and applications. This position requires a strong understanding of both business requirements and technical solutions, with a focus on aligning the two to deliver optimal outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational oversight of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, driving security initiatives, and providing technical expertise to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM infrastructure.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that IAM solutions effectively address business needs and security requirements from an access management perspective.
- Assume governance responsibility for Identity and Access Management solutions at Richemont, ensuring their smooth and efficient operation, while compliance with the different requirements collected.
- Be a driving force in securing Identity and Access Management solutions at Richemont, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Support the design, review, and implementation of architecture designs related to Identity and Access Management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and Richemont's security policies.
- Provide knowledge transfer to operations teams (central, regional, and nearshore), service owners, and application owners, fostering a culture of shared understanding and expertise.
- Work closely with engineering for Identity and Access Management projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timelines.
- Be autonomous and proactive, able to understand functional and technical requirements, identify gaps, and suggest improvements to enhance the effectiveness of IAM solutions.
- Possess a strong technical understanding and hands-on experience in Cloud Digital Identity Technologies.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in integration projects, including the configuration and implementation of Digital Identity components (provisioning, workflows, role model, recertification, etc.).
- Exhibit knowledge of target systems management and provisioning, including Active Directory, Entra AD, Okta, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, SAP, Saviynt.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
- A minimum of 5-6 years of proven experience in managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within complex, large-scale environments. This includes a deep understanding of IAM principles, best practices, and industry standards.
Comprehensive knowledge of core IAM components, including:
- Connectors and Integrations
- Synchronization Mechanisms
- Provisioning Workflows
- Access Request Management
- Recertification Processes
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex IAM-related issues.
- A strong security-oriented mindset with a thorough understanding of least privilege principles and Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts. Ability to apply these concepts to design and implement secure IAM solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a business-friendly manner. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of SAP systems architecture, security concepts, and authorization principles.
- Knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, including roles, profiles, and authorization objects.
- Experience with integrating SAP systems with other enterprise applications and identity management solutions.
- Understanding of compliance requirements related to SAP security and access controls (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Prior experience implementing and configuring Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) is highly desirable. This includes hands-on experience with Saviynt's features and functionalities.
Hands-on experience with core infrastructure components, including:
- Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Okta
- Related technologies such as AD Certificate Services (AD CS), Azure AD Connect, and CyberArk (Privileged Access Management).
