Description
Define program and project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with divisional strategy.
Develop, maintain, and control program and project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Critically challenge project estimates to ensure realistic and high-quality planning.
Establish and enforce program governance frameworks across stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and execution.
Identify project dependencies and manage critical paths across multi-project programs.
Proactively assess resource needs and balance priorities with department heads.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and ensure alignment across Operations, R&D, and Product teams.
Identify risks, define mitigation plans, and monitor execution.
Track progress, report status, and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
Prepare and lead stage-gate reviews with evidence-based recommendations.
Profile
Technical education combined with formal training in Program or Project Management.
Minimum 10 years of experience in program and project management within industrial or R&D environments.
Proven experience managing multiple projects in parallel.
Strong background in international, multicultural, matrix organizations.
Solid command of project planning tools, ideally Microsoft Project.
Certification in Program or Project Management (PMI or equivalent) is an advantage.
Experience with ERP-based project financial tracking (ideally SAP) is a plus.
Fluency in English; French and/or German are strong assets.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
