• Client-oriented and personalised advice on insurance solutions with clients you meet at their home, at the agency or by phone
• Professional follow-up and development of your own client portfolio
• Acquisition of new clients to ensure the growth of your region’s client portfolio
• Placement of other AXA products (finance and pension, health services)
• Carrying out administrative tasks related to your position, supported by the entire AXA structure and modern tracking tools

What you bring

• You have completed a professional apprenticeship and have some initial experience; knowledge of the service, insurance or banking sector is an advantage
• You can demonstrate a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in Broye because you live there
• Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in contact with others, you seek solutions for your clients and can adapt to any situation
• You master French both orally and in writing; any other language is an advantage
• Your working method is autonomous and goal-oriented; remuneration based on your own performance is an additional source of motivation
• You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
