Our client is looking for an Interim In-House Recruiter for 3 months

Interim In-House Recruiter 3 months (m/w)



-The role of the recruiter is to take responsibility for the sourcing, assessment, selection and hiring of personnel.

-The recruiter will provide a consultancy service to hiring managers.

-The role will cover recruitment requirements for the Lausanne entity.

-Liaise with hiring managers and HR to plan recruitment.

-Assist and advise hiring managers and HR in the development of job descriptions and discuss what skill sets are critical to perform tasks.

-Screen applications and CVs against selection criteria for particular roles.

-Interview / phone screen candidates as part of the selection process, brief candidates on job requirements.

-Organize onsite interviews for hiring managers, coordinate interview team and drive for quick feedback and interview results

-Recruitment of profiles such as: IT, Business Analysts, Project Manager, Banking profiles

Profil du candidat

-Minimum of 5 years recruitment and selection experience (in-house and/or agency), ideally in a banking environment and/or IT profiles

-Experience of using a wide variety of direct sourcing channels including the internet, employee referral and advertising.

-Solid and proven competency-based interviewing skills.

-Previous experience in recruiting for technical positions.

-Results orientated and excellent time management and organizational skills.

-Resourceful, independent and proven ability to generate and follow up on ideas.

-Exceptional interpersonal, consulting/contracting and communication skills, also at senior management level.

-Fluent in English & French
