Intern Corporate Strategy (all, 80-100%), 6-12 months

As a part of the Strategy & Transformation team, you will support the translation of strategic priorities into initiatives with strong focus on execution and value creation. Based on data and analytics you assist achieving growth plans and profitability goals. You will be responsible for project management and tracking, working closely with cross-divisional teams and Mammut's General Management team. The ideal start date for the internship would be January 2026.

• Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives
• Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making processes

• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
• Support project management activities, including tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery
• Assist the tracking of projects in the PMO
• Support development and execution of change management and internal communication initiatives together with internal stakeholders and across all hierarchy levels

Play to your strengths

• Completed or almost finished studies (Bachelor/Master) in Business / Economics or similar studies
• First working experience ideally in project management, consulting or business transformation
• Strong management and planning skills
• Hands-on & self-motivating personality with a strong analytical capability & data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Power Point, Teams etc.) - Asana, Power BI and Atlassian are a plus
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with proficiency in integrating large data sets from multiple sources to drive informed business decisions
• Fluent in English, German is desirable
• A strong team player with passion for the mountains and outdoor sports in general
