  • You will work with our team to help clients improve and transform their organisations.
  • You will support strategic, operation and transformation projects through impactful quantitative and qualitative analysis, document preparation, researchand project management.
  • You will step into projects in various languages, industries and locations.
  • You will be exposed to client senior executives and work in a diversified, international environment covering multiple areas and industries.
  • You will collaborate with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable experts.
What we expect from you.

  • You are graduated or are about to graduate with a University degree in economics, business, engineering or similar; probing prior experience/internshipsin a business environment.
  • You have strong analytical and problem solving skills (quantitative and qualitative) and are proficient with MS Office software (MS Excel andPowerPoint).
  • You have a "Can do attitude", service and team orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You show appetite to work across various industries (manufacturing, retail, energy, international organisations, public sector) and at times in variousgeographical areas – while the position is based in Geneva, projects may require travel within and outside of Switzerland.
  • You are fluent in French, English and German.You have strong analytical and problem solving skills and are willing to work in an international network. You are a talented professional with strong communication skills and a natural aptitude for advising clients on complex issues in large business and transformation projects.
