HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Assist in the design and production of various internal communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, intranet content, and digital assets, utilizing tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Conduct research and gather information from diverse sources to support the development of communication strategies and content, ensuring accuracy and relevance with the Maison employer promise and values.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for internal communication initiatives and events, including scheduling, material preparation, and coordination with various stakeholders.
• Contribute to the maintenance and update of internal communication platforms (content management system), ensuring content is current, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members on creative projects, offering fresh perspectives and actively participating in brainstorming sessions to enhance communication impact.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE JOB/ROLE

• You have a Bachelor degree and/or are a Master student in graphic design, communication, media or similar.
• InDesign, Photoshop or equivalent are tools you use frequently for your studies.
• You are a self-learner and keen to learn new tools and use of online platforms.
• You are curious and know how to synthesis information and tap into diverse sources online and offline.
• You like working autonomously while collaborating across teams.
• You possess a creative approach and you like sharing ideas.
• You have a genuine interest in social responsibility topics related to people. 
• You are used to work, present and write in English, any other language such as French would be a plus.
