Description

On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Product Manager to join their team at the earliest possible date.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in the healthcare and diagnostics space, working closely with cross-functional teams and international partners.

Responsibilities

  • Pharma Partnerships : Build strong collaborations with pharmaceutical companies to support biomarker discovery and clinical integration in neurology.
  • Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire product journey—from early development to market launch—ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Market Strategy & Commercialization : Develop and implement strategies for market access, awareness, and adoption, including health economics and education.
  • Regional & Local Collaboration : Work closely with affiliates and regional teams to drive local adoption and successful commercialization of diagnostic tests.
  • Post-Launch & Product Improvement : Manage post-launch activities, resolve issues, and evolve products based on market feedback.
  • Early Development & Innovation : Identify new disease areas and lead early diagnostic development with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.

Profile

  • Education : Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific field (**MUST**)
  • Industry Experience : At least 3 years in the IVD industry, ideally in a commercial role (**MUST**)
  • Commercial & Communication Skills : Strong presentation abilities, commercial mindset, and a proactive, results-driven approach 
  • Technical Proficiency : Skilled in MS Office; familiarity with AI tools is a plus
  • Languages : Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Personal Attributes : Positive, collaborative, adaptable, resilient, and passionate with a strong desire to contribute and make an impact
