Position Overview

We are seeking a highly specialized International Program Director to lead our expanding portfolio of global behavioral health, wellness consulting, and educational initiatives, with a primary focus on the North American market. Operating in a remote capacity, this leadership role is responsible for driving organizational growth, designing scalable training frameworks, and optimizing cross-functional program delivery.
Due to the strict regulatory, compliance, and clinical frameworks governing our expansion into the United States market, this position requires a specialist with mandatory, verifiable expertise in US behavioral health systems, American clinical supervision frameworks, and US-accredited post-graduate training.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Management and US Market Scaling

Drive International Expansion: Design, implement, and optimize scalable operational frameworks and training systems tailored to support market entry and long-term organizational growth within North American territories.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner across internal and external stakeholders to align organizational development, consulting workflows, and corporate educational services with US business and compliance objectives.
Program Innovation: Oversee the conceptualization, development, and delivery of evidence-based wellness strategies, psychoeducational programs, and community engagement models.

US Training, Mentorship and Quality Assurance
Workforce Development: Design and manage comprehensive professional development initiatives, onboarding workflows, and structured training programs to optimize team effectiveness and operational performance.
Supervision & Mentorship: Provide high-level guidance, clinical/professional supervision, and mentorship to developing professionals, ensuring strict adherence to ethical standards and quality service delivery.
Standards Optimization: Establish and monitor performance metrics, documentation compliance, and service delivery workflows across multidisciplinary, distributed teams.

Operational Excellence and Remote Delivery
Remote Operations Management: Oversee and refine remote service delivery infrastructures, ensuring seamless, high-quality virtual operations and client engagement.
Risk & Intake Infrastructure: Guide organizational strategy regarding comprehensive client assessment protocols, crisis response frameworks, and continuity of care systems.

Role Requirements
Mandatory Education and Professional Qualifications

Education: Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a closely related field, issued exclusively by an accredited United States higher education institution.
Licensure/Credentials: Must hold an active professional license relevant to behavioral health issued by a US state board (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor [LPC] or direct equivalent).
Supervisory Credentials: Verifiable completion of formal LPC Supervision Training aligned with US state licensing board standards.
Specialized Methodologies: Advanced certification and training in specialized, evidence-based trauma modalities widely utilized in the US healthcare sector (specifically EMDR Trained via a recognized institute, CBT, and neurofeedback systems).

Experience and Skills

US Market Track Record: Minimum of 3–5 years of direct professional experience operating within the United States behavioral health, private practice, or corporate wellness sectors, demonstrating an expert command of American clinical, ethical, and operational standards.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a director-level, managerial, or senior supervisory role within a healthcare, private practice, or wellness organization.
Clinical & Consultative Expertise: Strong background in telehealth and in-person service delivery, trauma-informed group facilitation, and creating individualized wellness strategies.
Operational & Scaling Acumen: Demonstrated success building scalable training structures, managing remote operations, and leading international or cross-functional projects.
Analytical Capabilities: Proven record of utilizing behavioral health research and data analysis, with a preference for candidates who have presented outcomes at major US professional psychological association conferences.
