p>We are looking for an International Visual Content Project Leader for our Marketing Department.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented International Visual Content Project Leader to join our Brand Content team. In this role, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, development and end-to-end project management, the coordination of internal and external resources, as well as supporting local markets.

 

You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, to deliver world-class projects that reflect the Longines brand values and strengthen our global presence.

In this role, your main tasks will be to:

  • Conceptualization, development and end to end project management of 360-degree marketing communications campaigns to support the brand's initiatives and product launches
  • Coordinating and liasing with internal resources and external agency partners for campaign creation and production Ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns
  • Liase with departments such as retail, e-commerce, digital, media and social media to ensure coverage of all touchpoints for campaigns
  • Supporting local markets by guiding campaign implementation and assessing local projects to provide feedback
  • Being in the know of culture and trends to ensure brand relevance amongst the target audiences

p>Profil

You have at least 6 years of experience at an advertising agency/client side content team and experience in seeing global, large scale 360-degree advertising campaigns through from start to finish

You have solid project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and you have experience in managing marketing campaign production budgets

 

You have exceptional soft skills with an ability to build relationships with different departments and stakeholders, great communication skills with an ability to clearly communicate information through reports, overviews and status updates and great presentation skills to present creative concepts to stakeholders

 

You have flexibility and motivation, with capability to work in a fast paced environment, creative and strategic thinking to capitalize on the latest trends and the ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment

p>Compétences requises

You have expertise in MS Office, including making Powerpoint Presentations and Excel Sheets

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

You are motivated to take over a challenging position and work in a fast paced, international environment with the ability to work successfully with multinational teams

p>You take initiative, are autonomous and flexible, well organized, able to manage priorities and customer-oriented
