For our client, a multinational company specialised in the luxury sector and based in Geneva, we are currently looking for an

Inventory Manager

8-month fixed-term contract - 100%

Start date: as soon as possible

Your missions:

  • Manage stocks reconciliation between external partners reports and internal Inventory booking
  • Control system consistency and accuracy for the whole scope of inventory transactions
  • Manage Receipts, Shipments, Inventory transfers / counting & adjustments
  • Define and implement stock counting policy and coordinate Inventory cycle with External partners
  • Lead Inventory management, process appliance, high standard performance and results achievement
  • Manage Inventory aging analysis and blockage & destruction process to insure full compliance of stock availability
  • Control Expiration limits and Quality instructions
  • Launch continuous improvement actions and initiatives within Inventory team and External partners

Your profile:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Supply Chain Management
  • Between 5 and 8 years of experience in the FMCG industry and working in the Supply Chain & Inventory management processes
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • French C1 minimum (Advanced level)
  • Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain tools (JD Edwards and/or SAP preferred) and MS-Office tools (Excel)
  • Ideally, you have an experience as a Project Manager.
