Description
With production sites in Switzerland, China, Italy and the US, this position has a global scope. Reporting to the Head of IS Production & Value Chain in Switzerland, you'll join a skilled IT team to plan, design, implement, govern, and continuously improve SAP Security and Authorization concepts, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable access management across the enterprise.
The selected candidate will act as IS Workstream Lead for SAP Security, Roles & Authorization within the S/4HANA transformation program Phoenix, taking end-to-end ownership of SAP security design, governance, and delivery and would therefore need a strong combination of technical expertise, governance mindset, and internal/external stakeholder management capabilities. You will act as a trusted advisor for SAP security-related topics, helping to shape sustainable solutions that balance business enablement, compliance, and risk control. The role involves consulting, planning and executing the transition from the current application landscape to the future system landscape in alignment with transformation projects. Effective communication skills are required to understand business requirements and translate them into secure and compliant SAP authorization solutions.

Your responsibilities:
- User Access Management: Administer andmaintainSAP roles, profiles, and authorizations in ECC and S/4HANA environments, following the principle of least privilege. Process user provisioning and de-provisioning requests in line with internal procedures, ensuringtimelyand secure access for business users.
- Security Compliance & GRC:UtilizeSAP GRC Access Control ( , Access Request Management, Risk Analysis & Remediation) to enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) and other compliance requirements. Conduct regular access reviews andSoDriskassessments andcoordinate remediation of any identified violations to meet corporate and regulatory compliance standards.
- Solution Design:Ensure security requirements are embedded into solution design during fit-to-standard workshops and design phases in Phoenix, while also driving security concepts and improvements for already introduced platforms acrossAccelleron.
- Monitoring & Support:Monitor SAP security events and authorization logs for unusual activity or potential breaches. Investigate and resolve SAP security incidents or access issues, providingtimelysupport to end-users and collaborating with SAP Basis and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot security-related problems.
- Policy & Audits: Ensure adherence to internal security policies and compliance controls. Prepare andmaintaindocumentation for security policies, procedures, and user access controls. Support internal and external audits by providing evidence of SAP security compliance and implementing any required corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement:Proactivelyidentifyopportunities to enhance SAP security and streamline access management processes. Drive security-related topics forward for Phoenix as well as for already introduced platforms,establishsustainable governance, and continuously strengthenAccelleron’soverall application security posture.
- LicenseManagement,Measurement & Optimization:Take ownership of licensemanagement &measurements across relevant platforms, ensure transparency on actual user and license consumption, andoptimizeuser-related license contracts and allocationsacross the landscapein alignment with business needs, compliance requirements, and cost efficiency targets.
- Collaboration:Work closely with business process owners, functional teams, and IT colleagues to understand access needs and implement secure solutions. Provide training or guidance to internal teams on SAP security procedures, ensuring awareness of security and GRC processes across the organization.
