IT Infrastructure Manager

Description du poste :

• Manage a team of 6 people
• Ensure smooth operations, optimal performance and high availability of all IT Systems
• Oversee the management and operation of Microsoft technologies (MS Teams, MS Exchange, AD, Azure)
• Offer strategic direction and counsel for incorporating new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions aligned with business objectives
• Monitor and evaluate system performance, implementing enhancements to optimize scalability and efficiency

Description du profil :

• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
• Been previously exposed to an international environment - a plus
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies: M365, Teams, Exchange, AD
• Experience with citrix cloud - a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Very good level of English (at least B2) - any other languages a plus
