Description
IT Support Consultant (Level 1 & 2)
Location: Geneva, Switzerland (On-site)
Contract Type: Temporary – Consulting Assignment
Workload: 40–42 hours/week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:00
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for users (hardware, software, network, and peripherals)
- Diagnose and resolve incidents via ticketing tools (remote & on-site support)
- Install, configure, and maintain devices, applications & user accounts
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when required
- Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up on user requests
- Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Support / Service Desk (Level 1 & 2)
- Strong knowledge of Windows environment, MS Office / O365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot network & workstation issues
- Fluent English required; French highly appreciated
- Strong communication skills, proactive mindset & customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work fully on-site in Geneva (Monday to Friday)
